Appraisal, Inc. is owned and operated by Deborah
A. Levy.
Deborah has been a resident of Central Florida since
1970 and is an active certified residential appraiser
that has been appraising Central Florida homes since 1985.
The Atlantis Appraisal service areas include Orange,
Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Polk and West Volusia counties.

Software
Most of our clients prefer to receive their appraisal
reports via electronic delivery, using the Adobe Acrobat
PDF (Portable Document Format). To read this file
format, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which
can be downloaded FREE of

use industry leading WinTOTAL appraisal form software,
by Alamode, Inc. If your organization has either
WinTOTAL or Project2000 softare, you can opt to receive
your appraisal report in the native WinTOTAL file format
(".ZAP")
